The first room was the “budget” room and I don’t think I could have expected the level of budget this room really was. There was such little room that I could barely walk around the room without running into the furniture. “The Charleston Place is an iconic hotel in the French Quarter of Charleston. The decor was elegant, the rooms were magnificent, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was refreshing and the food at the Thoroughbred Club was delicious.”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“Very historic hotel in the heart of Charleston. Beautiful big room with giant King Size bed and plenty of of air conditioning for the heat in Charleston summer time. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and book again !”

“I did not like that there is no room service food. But it is a very nice hotel ”

“The room was poorly cleaned. In fact, I would not walk barefoot on those floors. I requested to have the room cleaned and they supposedly did. I went back to the room and it was still the same. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom door from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the hotel. The room was supposedly cleaned three times during my stay, yet the long very visible hair was never removed. Overall dirty, the elevator floors were also very dirty.”
